Ballynafie [sic], December 18th 1903

I Sarah Jane Maneely now being of sound mind make this my last will and testament. I leave my farm of Land on Blue Hill to my father William John Bell of Dromore from whom I received it as a gift, on the condition the said Wm. J. Bell his heirs or assignees pay to my daughter should she live to her 21st (Twenty First) birthday the sum of forty pounds sterling. Should she die in the meantime he and or they his heirs to be free from any obligation or condition. I leave to Wm Maneely, my husband the 50 pounds sterling which he has already received also the cow given me by my father which may be sold to pay medical and other expense. I leave my cream dress and white hat to my niece Elizabeth Bradly. I leave my Blue Dress and Black Hat to my niece Sarah Jane Bell. I leave my grey dress to my Mother. I leave my black dress to Esther Maneely. I leave my cutlery and china to be kept by my husband for my daughter. I leave my sewing machine to my sister-in-law Mrs. J. J. Bell, Bradford and I appoint as Executor to my Will Dr. John J. Bell Bradford, England.
