I Catherine Caldwell of Lisnamallard, Hospital Nurse in the Omagh Union Work-house do make this my Last Will and Testament revoking all and any former Will by me at any time made. I leave and bequeath to the Tyrone Protestant Orphan Society Five Pounds, to the Church of Ireland Missionary Society Five pounds and to my brother Samuel Caldwell if alive at the time of my death Thirty Pounds and if not living at that time to his two children Catherine Caldwell & Charles Caldwell, to my sister Margaret Norman orse [otherwise] Caldwell Six Pounds to my sister Letitia Doherty otherwise Caldwell Four Pounds to Isabella Lindsay orse [otherwise] Caldwell of Philadelphia Four Pounds to my Step Mother Margaret Caldwell Six Pounds. I bequeath to Catherine Caldwell of Fireagh Six Pounds. I bequeath to Margaret McNamee of Lisnamallard for her attendance and attention to me ten Pounds I also wish and devise that any money or property of mine remaining after paying the above Legacies should go to the use and benefit of my brother Samuel Caldwell already named & his two children Catherine and Charles Caldwell I nominate and appoint William J. McKnight Esq of Campsie and Hans Fleming Esq M. D. Executors of this my last Will and Testament
