I William Alexander of Mountcastle in the County of Tyrone farmer hereby revoke all will and testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me and declare this to be my last Will. I direct my Executors hereinafter mentioned to see my sister Martha Alexander comfortably cared for during her life and to use so much of my property as they may consider necessary for that purpose and at her death I will and bequeath to Mrs. Jane McCleery widow of the late Robert McCleery of Balee in the county of Tyrone and her children by him the sum of 800 Pounds to be divided among them share and share alike. I bequeath to Mr. John Glenn of Gortileck 800 Pounds sterling I also bequeath to Thomas Todd Castlemellon, Widow Stevenson Castlemellon Widow Sarah Lowery Castlemellon Joseph Stevenson of Moynagh James Todd of Carrickatane, Thomas Glen of Carrickatane, John McConnell of Glengorley, Major Keys near Claudy, Isabella McClay of Ardmore, James Throne of Tyrkernaghan Thomas Todd of Tonduff John Stevenson of Cavanacreagh and James Lyons of Mountcastle 200 Pounds each, same to be paid to my Executors twelve months after the death of my said sister. I also bequeath to James Lyons of Mountcastle the Farm that I hold in Mountcastle at the death of the last of us. I also bequeath to John Stevenson of Cavanacreagh the Farm of land that I hold in Castlemellon at my death should any of the legatees give any trouble to my Executors with regard to this my Will or as to the management of my property after my death I direct my Executors in that case to apportion the legacy of such legatee among the other legatees as they deem right. Should any of my said legatees die and not receive their legacies I direct my executors to pay such legacy to their children in such proportions as they think right. The residue of my property to be divided among those who received the small sums. I appoint James Lyons of Mountcastle and John Stevenson of Cavanacreagh both in the County of Tyrone my executors. Dated this 12th day of June 1880
