In the name of God Amen. I JOHN McCREA of Gobnascale in the County of Tyrone Farmer being of sound mind memory and understanding, do hereby make my last Will and testament in the manner following that is to say 1st I do hereby leave and bequeath to my son DAVID McCREA the Farm of land that I now occupy in Gobnascale with all chattles thereon. 2nd I bequeath to my wife a cow to be grassed and Five £5 sterling per year to be given by my said son DAVID McCREA during her life with a house to live in if she does not like to live with him. 3rd I bequeath to my grandson JOHN ARDBUCLE the sum of Twenty £20 sterling to be paid by my son DAVID McCREA 2 two years from the date of this will. 4th to my daughter ANN McCREA now wife of ARMOUR McFARLEON of Letterbrat, County Tyrone Farmer I leave 1 shilling. And I do nominate and appoint ROBERT McCREA of Kenaughan to be my Executor. In witness whereof I have hereunto put my hand and seal this fifteenth day of August one thousand eight hundred and seventy-eight.
