- The latest Irish pub to hit Las Vegas, J.C. Woolaghan's, is part of a £200 million casino resort.
Both bars open today to mark St. Patrick's Day in the Las Vegas casino, and at the entertainment centre in the Chinese city of Nanjing.
The pub's design was based on the life of Dublin born Playboy, night-club impresario J.C. Woolaughan. He was PR manager for the club from the 60s through 80s.
During his time at the Playboy club, J.C. Woolaughan looked after many stars including Frank Sinatra, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones and Johnny Carson.
The design of the venue reflects his varied past, incorporating a theatrical, gambling, shipping and racing theme.
