November 29 1836 Sudden Death - On Monday se’nnight, a farmer named Mitchell, attended Nn. Stewart [Newtownstewart] market, where he transacted business, and returned in the evening on a car in company with his wife, to his home, in the vicinity of Baronscourt. He, however, shortly after took ill, and, in less than fifteen minutes, breathed his last. He was a healthy looking man, of sober habits, and was in the prime of life (Strabane Morning Post)
