May 13 1853 [Died] In Greensboro, North Carolina, on Sunday morning, the 3rd April, General John M. Logan, aged 54 years. The deceased was a native of Raphoe, county Donegal, and emigrated to America about thirty years ago, during which time he has resided in the county of Guildford, filling various offices of public trust there. For the last sixteen years he was clerk of the county court
