Derry - Strabane (Lifford) Narrow Gauge Railway, Counties Tyrone & Londonderry, Northern Ireland 1900-55

Line opened August 1, 1900 running from Strabane to the Victoria Road terminus in the Waterside of Derry. Stops were at Ballymagorry, Ballyheather, Donemana, Cullion and Desertone. Some old photos from the narrow gauge railway that ran between Derry and Strabane / Lifford.

The final train to run on the line was a Sunday school excursion from Strabane to Portrush, Co. Antrim, June 30, 1955
