Large sandstone monolith inscribed on west, east and south sides,
standing on three plinths; draped urn, on top; inscription incised;
good condition. Monumental sculptor: H. Barclay, Sculptor, Glasgow.
Height: 3600; width at base above the three plinths: 750
Remains of surround on north; two sandstone pillars connected by
squared metal rails; incised stylised pattern on lowest plinth.
