         Single grave covered by three concrete slabs; surrounded by concrete
         kerb and wire mesh. Free standing marble memorial in shape of open
         book; left page has the name incised.

         Sandstone slab raised on brick; north east corner cracked between
         G and E of name. Shield in centre: three trees, surmounted by arm
         clasping sword and Celtic cross. Lettering in relief round edges
         of stone; general condition quite good.
