David Harvey, of the City of London, Merchant, PLAINTIFF

Robert McClintock & Ben. Fenton, Esqrs. Will. Stevenson, gent. and William Auchinleck, an infant under the age of fourteen years, by Jane Auchinleck, Widow, his Mother and Guardian, and others, DEFENDANTS.

Pursuant to a Decree of his Majesty’s Court of Exchequer in Ireland, made in this Cause, bearing Date the 24th Day of Feb. 1780, I will on Tuesday the 30th Day of May next, at Twelve o’Clock at Noon, at the Exchequer Office, in Kennedy’s-Lane proceed to sell by Public Cant, to the best Bidder, the several Lands, Houses, and Tenements ordered by the said Decree to be sold, for the payment of the Debts and Legacies of James Stevenson, late of Strabane, in the County of Tyrone, Gent. Deceased, the Testator in the said Decree named.

That is to say, the Towns and Lands of Gleneely*, Carnabrogue*, otherwise Carnabroager, and Arnagenna otherwise Ardnaganna*, in the county of Donegal and a yearly Fee-farm Rent of £14 issuing and payable out of the Town and Lands of Meenahennish, otherwise Meenahenise*, in the said County of Donegal; five houses or Tenements in Strabane, in the County of Tyrone, one of the held by William Porter, Merchant, at the yearly Rent of £18, another held by the Representatives of Wm. Knox, at the yearly rent of £20, another held by the Representatives of Oliver Jenkins, at the yearly Rent of £12, another held by the Representatives of Hugh Rippy, at the yearly rent of £12 and another held by the Representatives of Edward McGonegal, at the yearly Rent of £5.

The House or Tenement in Strabane, aforesaid, wherein the Testator James Stevenson dwelt, one moiety or half thereof is held by William Pollock, Merchant, at the yearly Rent of £16 and the other moiety or half thereof is held by John Gwynn, Merchant, at the yearly rate of £16. A Park or Field near Strabane aforesaid, held by the Representatives of Robert Ector, at the yearly rent of £1.8s; a yearly Fee-farm of £1 issuing and payable by the Representatives of William Hamilton, Esq. out of a Tenement in Strabane aforesaid, and another yearly Fee-farm Rent of 10s. issuing and payable by the Representatives of Allen Campbell, out of another Tenement in Strabane aforesaid. –

Dated this 13th Day of March, 1785. CLANBRASSILL.

N.B. one-fourth part of the purchase Money to be deposited at the Time of the Sale.
