On Tuesday the 7th of July, 1874
At the hour of 2 o’clock P.M.,
IN THE TOWNLAND OF BALLYKEEL (UPPER)
Containing 247 Acres, Statute Measure, or thereabouts, situated in the Barony of Upper Strabane and County of Tyrone, and yielding a Profit Rent of £59 16s 6d. The Lands are held in Fee-Simple, under a Conveyance from the Court of Chancery, dated 22nd day of November 1848, and were formerly part of the Blessinton [sic] Estate. They are in the occupation of the following tenants, or their representatives, whose leases were made for three lives or 31 years from 1st November 1827. Two of the lives in all the leases are the Duke of Cumberland (Ex-King of Hanover), now in his 56th year, and Charles John Power, long since deceased, and one other life, whose name and age are hereunder set forth:
