John Bradden, for an assault on John Bradden --- Guilty --- to be imprisoned 14 days

Thomas Swede, for an assault on Anne Wilson --- Guilty --- Fined 6d.

Thomas Brogan, for an assault on Margaret Kildea --- Guilty --- Fined 6d.

Michael Boyle, John Boyle, and Charles McGhee, for an assault on James Brown ---Guilty --- Fined 6d. each

Andrew Breslin, and Mary Breslin, for an assault on Nelly McBrearty -- Not Guilty

Andrew Breslin, for an assault on Margaret McBrearty --- Not Guilty

Richard Coleman, for an assault on Josias Vent --- Not Guilty

Thomas Pye, for an assault on Susan Harvey and John Scott --- Submitted -- Fined 6d. to be imprisoned one month, and to give Security to keep the peace 7 years

Duffy, two of the Constables in the execution of their duty, and Neal McGruddy, Hugh Gallagher, and Edward Gallaugher, for a riot in Mount Charles; and the same Edwd. Gallagher, for an assault on James McGill, one of the Constables in the execution of his duty – Guilty ---- Neal McGruddy and Hugh Gallaugher, each to be imprisoned 4 months, and Edward Gallaugher who was wounded, bound to appear at the next Sessions of Donegal to abide the sentence of the Court
