Services began at Crossroads in May 1781 with clergy provided by the Antiburgher Seceding Synod of Scotland and the meeting house was erected in 1783: the first minister was the REV. WALTER GALBRAITH who shared his ministry with the congregation in Derry.
The following records of the congregation have been filmed by the staff of the Public Record Office of Northern Ireland (PRONI), Belfast, where they may be consulted: PRONI Ref: MIC1P/259 40
Baptisms 1811-1906
Marriages 1819 and 1845-1956
Deaths 1854-1903

Additionally, the Crossroads Church website lists indexes of births, marriages and deaths.
The condition of these original civil registration marriage records and quality of filming have made transcription challenging and where possible the Allsaints tithe applotment book (1826) and Griffiths Valuation (c1860) have been consulted for confirmation of families and townland addresses.
