Will Of Robert Stewart Of Upper Binnelly, Donagheady Parish, County Tyrone, Northern Ireland Died 20 September 1863

In the Name of God Amen I Robert Stewart of Upper Binnelly in the Parish of Donagheady and County of Tyrone farmer being at present in good health but being fully aware of the uncertainty of human life do make this only last will and Testament:- And I do leave subject to the following bequests my farm and all the chattle property that I may die possessed of to my daughters Jane Stewart and Martha Stewart and that they do pay to my daughter Mary Ann Stewart otherwise McLaughlin the sum of two hundred pounds sterl. To be paid at the expiration of three years after my decease, and that they also pay to her daughter Mary Jane McLaughlin who lived some time with me when a child the sum of fifty pounds sterl. On her attaining her Eighteenth year but should she not live to attain that age said Fifty pounds to be paid at that period to the remaining family of the said Mary Ann Stewart otherwise McLaughlin. I also leave to my grandson Robert Stewart McLaughlin the sum of Fifty Pounds sterl. To be paid to him on his attaining his twenty first year but should he not attain that age said Fifty pounds to be at the disposal of my daughters Jane and Martha amongst the family of the said Mary Anne and I leave to my daughter Cathrine now in Australia the sum of one hundred pounds sterl. To be paid by instalments in such sums and at such times as my Executors may direct for her use, and I also leave to my son Daniel Stewart now in America the sum of fifty pounds sterl. to be in four years after my decease. And I hereby appoint Mr Robert McCrea sen. Of Grange House farmer in the aforesaid Parish and County and Mr John Campble of the Junction farm in the County of Londonderry farmer and Mr William Smyth of Altrest farmer in said Parish of Donagheady and County Tyrone Executors of this my last Will and Testament and in testomony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this twenty second (turn over) day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty two. Robert Stewart (Seal) Signed Sealed and declared by the testator for his last will and testament in the day and year above mentioned in the presence of us who at his request have subscribed ourselves witness in his presence and in the presence of Each other.
